kristine

This journey means everything to me—and it’s even more special because I get to share it with people who believe in the dream just as much as I do. Racing is full of intense highs, tough lessons, and constant growth, and having that support around me makes all the difference. Whether you're cheering from the sidelines, following along online, or backing me behind the scenes—thank you. You’re a part of every step, every turn, and every bit of progress.

how it all started

Kristine’s journey started differently than most drivers in this position. Growing up in a small town in Poland, she first heard about motorsport when a Polish driver, Robert Kubica, joined F1. And she didn’t even know what F1 was at the time - she just remembers seeing Robert in TV adverts and news.

She’s always loved cars - her and her brother would always watch car shows on TV, play racing games (did anyone else spend their childhood playing Need for Speed?) and talk about what cars we would get as adults.

When she finished college, she decided to make the move to the UK all by herself -

early motorsport spark

Kristine’s love for motorsport, and F1, started one evening when she was looking for something to watch on Netflix - and it ended with the movie Rush. She started researching, learning the history of the sport, watching races and developing a passion for the sport. Soon after came Drive to Survive, and ever since - the love has only grown stronger.

And then one evening…

Her sister was visiting from Poland and they were looking for something fun to do and the decision was made to go karting to the local Teamsport track. And this one visit is what started it all - and inevitably - changed her life. She fell in love with the sport and it was the only thing she has been interested in ever since. She would go 4-5 times a week, completing over 300 practice sessions in just 3 months - and started competing in Teamsport’s elite members events and regularly scoring podiums and collecting trophies, and also coming 2nd in British Indoor Karting Championships local finals. She has since also set lap records at two different tracks in Poland.

Need for (more) speed

Soon enough, the hunger for speed increased - and she decided to take the step to move to outdoor karting. Moving from indoor karting to rotax was exciting and a huge learning curve - stronger competition, more speed, more variables - and she accommodated very quickly. She was soon awarded Daytona’s Driver of the Month, and became an official ambassador of Daytona Motorsport and ADX Karting and Events.

Daytona superchamps

Kristine competed in Daytona Motorsport’s SuperChamps, their elite driver’s series, showcasing the best of the best in karting. She competed in two different classes at the same time - and ultimately winning both by significant margin, and becoming the first driver in Daytona’s history to do so, and the first female to win the championship.

time for a new adventure

Following her success in karting, she decided to step up into the world of cars. Single seaters have been Kristine’s ‘thing’ since she got into motorsport, and has decided to pursue this route. Through social media, she got to know many professional racing drivers in the feeder series who offered invaluable career advice. One of those drivers also organised her a fully paid seat in Winfield Racing School’s F4 bootcamp, the same school behind Alain Prost, Damon Hill, Isack Hadjar, Arthur Leclerc and many other F1 drivers, which is set to take place in France in June.

fia f4 global shootout

Kristine is also one of the 12 drivers in the world who has been selected to take part in FIA F4’s Global Shootout Programme organised by F4 India. The winner of the shootout will earn a fully paid season. The shootout is due to take place in June.

gb4 testing

To accelerate her career and gain some valuable seat time, Kristine has commenced a testing programme in GB4, UK’s single seater championship for drivers aspiring to climb the single seater ladder. She has since completed testing at different tracks and made a huge leap forward in terms of her pace, speed and technique. She is planning to continue testing throughout summer and compete in the championship in the second half of the season.

sim racing

Between track sessions, Kristine continues to hone her skills on her racing simulator, competing mostly in iRacing’s F4 series, one of the most popular series on the platform. To accelerate her progress, she is using data analysis tools and a driver coach to find those extra tenths and keep improving. She is also on a strict fitness plan to keep her in shape and fit for the demands of the sport and single seater driving.

Outside of racing

Apart from racing, Kristine is a world renowned tech leader and software engineer, awarded by Microsoft their prestigious Microsoft MVP status, making her the youngest MVP in the world, and being named the ‘pioneer of UX and front end development’ by Microsoft’s Vice President. Kristine regularly speaks at the largest Microsoft conferences in the world in front of thousands of attendees. She is set to speak at two Microsoft conferences in Las Vegas this year for the 4th year in a row.

Through her tech contributions, Kristine has built a significant network of CEO’s, tech leaders, decision makers and senior tech figures both in UK and across the world. Her professional network is close to 30k and her professional content accumulates 5 million views annually on LinkedIn alone.

Kristine’s mission

Kristine’s mission is simple - get as far as she can. But it is not just about her - she wants to bring her audience with her on this journey, and use it as a platform to show young drivers what is possible if you put your mind, time and hard work to it. For Kristine, every race is a platform — not just to perform, but to represent, inspire, and invite more people in.
